With about 30 years of experience in Electronic Design Automation & Semiconductor Industry, Sanjay brings a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise. Previously, he held key leadership roles at Mentor Graphics, Siemens EDA & Trident Techlabs Pvt Ltd, driving business and operational excellence. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Pune University and Post Graduate Program in Business Administration (Marketing) from IME Pune. He has a proven track record of delivering growth, success and enhancing stakeholder value.

Sukesh Chandra Naithani

Mr. Sukesh Naithani has more than 34 years of experience in Information Technology and Electronics. He is involved in popularizing engineering system simulation at numerous engineering colleges and govt.-funded R&D labs and private industry. In 1988, he started his career as a marketing professional for high-end computer peripherals and later a variety of InfoTech solutions. He transformed his professional career into an entrepreneurship in 2000 by establishing a marketing outfit for electronics system simulation software along with like-minded partners. Apart from his many achievements, he has received recognition as the "Most Promising Entrepreneur" in the year 2011 by Enterprise Asia. Mr. Naithani holds a Science degree from Garhwal University and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Application from Priyadarshini Institute, New Delhi.

Praveen Kapoor

Mr. Praveen Kapoor has more than 32 years of diversified experience in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. In 1990, he started his career as a technical professional with the Indian representative office of Intel Corp., promoting their products like microprocessor, peripheral ICs, real-time operating system etc. He became an entrepreneur in year 1991 and since then he has been spearheading Trident's technical initiative in computer-aided design and engineering services for electronics and electrical power industry. His guidance provides directions to business; creates a vision and gives an international edge to the organisation. Mr. Kapoor is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.

Having core competencies in Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management and Team Management. Responsible for Planning, organizing and directing of the organization’s operations and programs, Relationship building and interpersonal skills

Raghu Panicker

Raghu is CEO at KaynesSemicon, subsidiary of Kaynes Technology.
Before Kaynes, Raghu was with Tessolve Semiconductor for 2 years running the APAC business. An Electronics and Communication engineer, self-motivated and business professional with over 32 years of experience across industries, cross cultures in various roles & responsibilities and multi-geographic locations. Raghu started his career from Semiconductor Complex Ltd., (SCL, a govt Fab) in 1991 for 10 years as R&D engineer. Then as Country Manager for Mentor Graphics (now Siemens EDA) for 20years.
